How TruLink builds trust.
TruLink is being built to make local hiring in Trinidad & Tobago safer, more transparent and more accountable. Before providers are promoted on the platform, TruLink may review profile details, identity information, references, work history and supporting documents depending on the type of service offered.
Know Your Provider
Providers may be asked to complete a review process that includes profile completion, phone and email verification, ID review, service category confirmation, references, work history and supporting documents where applicable.
Plans and Verification Levels
Every provider passes an identity check before they appear. On top of that, TruLink awards verification levels on documents: Bronze (identity), Silver (address and experience) and Gold (qualifications and references). A level cannot be bought. The membership plan a provider pays for only changes how visible they are and which tools they get.
Higher Checks for Higher-Trust Services
Some services involve access to homes, private spaces, keys, vulnerable persons or business premises. These categories may require stronger verification before a provider is eligible to be promoted for those jobs.
Reviews Linked to Real Work
Reviews and ratings are connected to completed jobs or verified interactions, helping customers make more informed decisions and helping reliable providers build credibility. Ratings go both ways, customers are rated too.
Clear Accountability Process
When concerns are raised, TruLink may review the matter, request information, document the issue, pause a profile, downgrade verification, remove a provider, or escalate serious matters where appropriate.
Privacy: Documents submitted for verification are used only for TruLink review. Sensitive documents such as ID, proof of address, references, certificates or police certificates are never displayed publicly. Public profiles show only approved verification badges and selected profile information.
Important: Verification helps reduce uncertainty but does not remove every risk. Customers should still follow safe hiring practices and report concerns promptly.
Home Access & Verification
Your safety matters. Every TruLink provider has their identity checked before they appear, and their profile shows the verification level TruLink has awarded on documents, plus Home Entry Approved when they have passed our extra checks for working inside a home. Review the provider's profile, ratings and verification status before confirming a service. Always ensure the person arriving matches the details shown on TruLink before granting access.

Customers use TruLink free for their whole first year, then just TT$25 a month. Providers, businesses and employers join free, the first 300 providers for a full year, everyone else for 6 months, then pick a simple monthly plan.
Founding members: your first year is free. After the first 300 founding seats, every new provider starts with six months free. Plans below apply after that.
Business / Employer accounts (staffing & gigs): TT$75 / month. You and your provider always agree the price of a job together · TruLink adds no fees on top.
